Anyone know the status of the FMA lawsuit against Lufthansa?

It is good to see such a worrying decision overturned. I can’t help but think that it may not have been so had the owner not been well versed in UDRP abuses having been through it many times. If a non-savvy, cash-rich person had owned this domain, they would not have had the funds, knowledge nor resources to stand up to Lufthansa- this is the problem when being squeezed by the larger corporations, I hope something is done to offer compensation to domainers who are victims of reverse hijacking.

Outcomes like this one, assuming it is final, are quite good for the domain industry. UDRP abuses and reverse hijacking must be challenged.

Im glad FMA has won this beautiful domain back!

Lufthansa Airlines had now no right to this domain!

My bet was they tried to buy it and FMA said no so threaten to take him to court.

Glad they didnt get the domain in the end.
