New Feature: Best New Brokerage Listings
There are a number of people and companies that read my blog who buy high value domain names. Brokerage listings are a good source for these companies to find domain names to purchase, and new listings often provide the best opportunity.
I am going to start a new weekly feature on my blog called “Best New Brokerage Listings,” and professional brokers are invited to share one new listing per week to be displayed on my blog. The caveat is that the submitted name can’t have been on the market in the last two years (at least to my best recollection) and it has to be priced. Brokers should be aware that people can and will post comments, which will be positive and negative, and I don’t censor them.
I invite professional brokers to submit one new domain name to me per week that is under exclusive agreement. I’ll try to post this article mid-week. I am looking forward to seeing what new names come on the market.

One Suggestion:
I think it should be allowed to list names which HAVE been on the market in the last 2 years as long as there has been a significant price drop – say 20-30%.

I’ll be a bit flexible I suppose, but that will be a judgment call.
If there’s a name that is waaaaay overpriced, even a 20-30% drop might not be enough.
