		<description>Great great post. .org works great for cities, and is clearly favorable to .net as far as geos go. It will have a lower resale value than .com but if your plan is to buy, develop, and get an income for the site, it could have a higher return on investment than .com because the acquisition cost is much lower as mentioned in the post.</description>
