I had tons of trouble with this particular laptop and tweeted my frustrations. A few people referred me to a Dell CS agent on twitter. A couple days later they sent me a brand new laptop. Pretty amazing actually.. . . not that I got a new laptop (after all the grief I had with this one it was expected) but that you could use Twitter to get customer service effectively and efficiently. Anyway, Dell's expediting of this kept me as a customer at least another year. I was just about to lay down some coin for a new Mac too. Similar thing happened with me and a Dell laptop.
